Upload documents directly into myCOI for enhanced efficiency and security. The myCOI self-service portal allows you to easily upload documents, track compliance status, and manage active policies in one convenient location.
Uploading a Certificate (COI) into myCOI
To receive these emailed requests, you must be listed as the agent on file.

- In the document request email you received, click the yellow "Go to Portal" button.
- View the Action Needed tab listed on the left hand side.
- Click on the blue "details" link next to your insured's name to proceed.
- Verify the location/division you will be uploading to.
- Click the blue "Upload" button.
- Select Add Files.
- Add the files you are looking to upload for review, then click Submit. This tab also allows for you to leave notes for our Review team if needed.
- In the document request email you received, click the yellow "Go to Portal" button.
You have now successfully uploaded your documents.
