If your agency restricts access to third-party portals, you can still submit the required documents directly to myCOI.
Here’s how:
Simply email the necessary certificates or documentation to certificates@mycoitracking.com. Be sure to include:
- The name of the client or organization requesting the documents
- Policy numbers or other identifying details
- Your contact information in case we have any follow-up questions
Tip: Uploading documents through our myCOI portal is the fastest way to get your documents reviewed—it could save up to 24 hours in the review process! But if email is your only option, our team will still process your documents promptly.
