Accessing a Sample Certificate in myCOI

For efficient compliance management, the myCOI agent portal allows you to view and download sample certificates, helping you ensure your Insured's documents meet required standards.

 

Viewing and Downloading a Sample Certificate in myCOI

To access the sample certificate, you must be listed as the agent on file.

1. Access the Portal

   • In the document request email you received, click the yellow “Go to Portal” button.
   • 

2. Navigate to Open Requests

   • Once in the portal, view the action needed requests on the left-hand side. 

3. Select Your Insured

   • Confirm your insured’s name to proceed. 

4. Locate Sample Certificate

   • Verify the location/division for which you need the sample certificate. Then click the blue "Details" button.

5. Click "View Insurance Requirements"

   • To the left of the blue “Upload” button, click the yellow “View Insurance Requirements” button.

6. View or Download

   • The sample certificate will now display, allowing you to view or download it as needed.

You now have access to the sample certificate for reference in meeting compliance requirements.
