To add a new client user, you must have the “manage users” permission. Follow these steps to complete the process:
- Open your web browser and go to the login page.
- Enter your credentials and log into your account.
- In the top right-hand corner, select your username.
Click Account Settings.
- Navigate to the Users tab.
- Click "Add New".
- Enter the following details for the new user:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Username (It is recommended to use an email address as the username.)
- Assign Permissions. (outlined in chart below)
- Click Save to finalize the addition of your new user profile.
- The new user will receive a welcome email containing instructions to create their password and log in.
- Don't forget to update Chosen Divisions for your user.
- Select Edit Chosen Divisions from the User Maintenance Icons (middle Icon)
- Use the arrows between these two lists to assign or remove Divisions from the user's access. Anything in the right hand column “Chosen Divisions” will be the divisions for which this user’s permissions apply.
- Select Edit Chosen Divisions from the User Maintenance Icons (middle Icon)

User Maintenance Icons:
- Use the pencil icon to edit the permissions of an existing user or update their contact email address.
- Use the edit chosen divisions icon (middle) to assign or remove the user from your divisions.
- Use the red minus icon to delete the user.
Permission | Description |
| Create divisions | Allows a user to create new divisions |
| Manage divisions | Allows the user to update existing divisions & inactivate divisions. |
| View all divisions | Allows user to view all information related to all divisions but it will be view only access. They must be a chosen user on the division for any other user permission levels to be applied. |
| Manage Vendor and Assignment Information | Allows the user to manage vendor contact information and assignments. |
| Manage Vendor Information | Allows the user to manage vendor contact information. |
| Manage users | Allows user to add, edit, and remove internal users on your profile. |
| View reports | Allows user access to the Reports tab. |
| Rule on endorsements | Allows a user to modify the rules on endorsements. This is not commonly used in most set ups today. |
| Manage Document Settings | Document Hub only: Allows user to manage their document settings for Document Hub. |
| Manage Documents | Document Hub only: Allows user to manage documents for Document Hub. |
| View All Documents | Document Hub only: Allows user to view all documents related to Document Hub. |
| Receive alerts | When selected the user will receive an email notification regarding assignments (i.e. Finalized Non-Compliant, Cancelled Policy, and Expired Policy). This will only apply for the divisions they are a chosen user on. |
| Allow vendor level changes to policy verification | Allows user to select which vendors the system sends quarterly policy verification requests to the agent for |
| Actions Access | This option will only be available to clients who are handling either their own support emails or processing their own certificates of insurance. Selecting this option will allow the user access to the Vendor Action Dashboard where the Compliance Manager is located. |
| Upload Insurance Documents | Allows user to upload documents on behalf of a vendor. |
| Manage Single Sign-On(SSO) | Allows user to manage Single Sign On (SSO) for their profile. |
| Submit Overrides to Requirements | Allows user to submit override requests for review. |
| Update Agent Information | Allows user to update agent information on behalf of the vendor. |
| Send Portal Link | Allows user to send the vendor's Agent their portal link |
| View Vendor Notes | Allows user to view vendor notes. |

| Override insurance requirements | Allows user to respond to override requests. This permission is also required to update Additional Insured or Waiver of Subrogation names within in a division. |
