Troubleshooting Error: Unable to Upload Certificate of Insurance

If you receive an error when attempting to upload a Certificate of Insurance, please try the following steps:

1. Open the Document
   Access the Certificate of Insurance file you are attempting to upload.

2. Print as PDF

   • Select "Print" or press Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on Mac).
   • Choose "Save as PDF" or "Print as PDF" as the printer option.
   • Save the newly created PDF file to your computer.

3. Re-upload the File
   Return to the upload page and attempt to upload the newly saved PDF file.
