- Open the request sent to the current agent contact.
- Click the "Go to Portal" button.

Update Contact Details
- In the top right-hand corner, click "Update Communication Contact."
- Enter the new contact’s name, email address, and phone number.
- In the top right-hand corner, click "Update Communication Contact."

Save Changes
- Click "Update" to confirm the changes.
