Your Customer Dashboard is the command center for everything happening across your profile in myCOI Central. At a glance you can see where your vendors & their assignments stand and easily spot what needs your attention.
Performance Metrics
The Performance Metrics section gives you a real-time snapshot of your compliance program. It has two parts.
The first is your compliance snapshot, which includes a pie chart showing all active assignments broken down by compliance status, alongside six key metric tiles:
- Total Assignments: a count of all assignments you are currently tracking
- New Assignments Added in Last 30 Days: a total of your recently added assignments
- Assignments with Expired Policies: a total of assignments where at least one policy has already passed its expiration date
- Assignments with Expiring Policies: a total of assignments with at least one policy expiring within the next 30 days
- Assignments with Pending Overrides: A total of assignments where an exception request is awaiting your response
- Average Time in Queue for Review: the average number of days assignments are waiting for compliance review, updated daily
All metric tiles reflect real-time data except Average Time in Queue for Review, which is updated once daily.
This tile is visible by default for Concierge and Pro customers, where the myCOI team handles compliance reviews. Essentials and Enterprise customers can elect to turn this on. If you have questions about your settings, check with the myCOI Support team.
The second part is the Progress Overview chart, which shows your registration rate and compliance rate over the past year. This chart gives you a longer view of how your program is trending over time and is updated monthly.
Action Items
The Action Items section surfaces assignments that need your team's direct involvement. By the time something appears here, the platform has completed its full automated outreach cycle. Assignments that need action here can be organized with filters:
- Pending Overrides: assignments where a pending exception request is waiting for your team's review and response. Exception requests can be submitted by your team, your vendors, your vendor's insurance agents, or the myCOI Support team on your behalf.
- Unregistered: vendors who have not registered and are no longer receiving automated registration requests. A vendor appearing here has not responded to any prior outreach.
- Non-Compliant Finalized: assignments where automated communications have been exhausted without a response from the agent or vendor. No further automated outreach is going out for these assignments.
If your account is on our vendor pay model, you may also see a Registration Expired filter. This displays vendors whose registration has lapsed due to an unpaid annual fee. This is specific to certain contract types and may not apply to your account.
Compliance by Division
The Compliance section gives you a high-level view of where your assignments stand, broken down by division and insurance set. This is an easy way to see the number of vendors within each compliance status.
A division is the highest level of organization in myCOI Central and may represent a project, property, contract type, or other grouping that aligns with your business. An insurance set defines the specific requirements within a division. If a division has multiple insurance sets with active assignments, it will appear more than once in this section.
Assignments are grouped into two categories: In Progress, covering statuses where work is still underway, and Finalized, covering statuses where a compliance decision has been reached. Each row shows a count by status and a total compliance percentage for that division and insurance set combination.
Vendor Search
The Vendor Search section is where you go when you need to look at a specific assignment in detail. Active assignments are displayed by default. To include inactive assignments, select the Show Inactive checkbox in the upper right corner of the section.
When you find the assignment you are looking for, select the blue information icon in the Action column on the far right of the row. This opens the Assignment Information Page, which gives you a granular view of everything that has happened on that assignment including compliance status, documents on file, non-compliant notes, visibility into overrides, and outgoing communications. It is also where you can take various actions on an individual assignment.
Override Requests
The Override Requests section shows all assignments with a pending exception request. From here your team can review the details of each request and respond directly. To see requests that have already been reviewed and approved or rejected, select the Show Reviewed checkbox in the upper right corner of the section.
All dashboard sections are visible by default, but individual users may not see every section depending on how their user profile has been configured. If you expect to see a section that is not appearing, check with the person in your organization who manages your internal users.
