For Third-Parties looking to access their myCOI account easily and securely, using a magic link is a quick and convenient option. Follow the steps below to log in using this feature.

Step-by-Step Guide to Log In with a Magic Link

1. Open the Email Request
   Locate and open the email request you received from myCOI. This email will contain a log-in link that will direct you to our website. (See example email below)

2. Select the Login Option
   Once you’re on the site, you will see two options below the Username and Password section: "Reset Password" and "Sign in with Magic Link." Click on the "Sign in with Magic Link" option.

3. Receive the Magic Link Email
   An email will be sent to the email address on file for your account. Make sure to check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder, just in case). 

4. Click the Magic Link
   After receiving the email, simply click on the magic link provided. This will navigate you back to the myCOI website and log you into your account automatically.
