Keeping track of your account status ensures you remain compliant and up to date with requirements. Follow these steps to view your account status in myCOI.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log In
Use the link provided in the request email from myCOI and log in with your username and password.
2. Access the Insurance Portal
Once inside, you may need to confirm contact information for both your agent and yourself before proceeding.
- First confirm your company's contact information, click Next
- Then Confirm/ edit your agent's contact information. to Edit, click the pencil icon next to your agent's name. Once completed click Next. Then select "Finalize Changes".
- On the final page, select "Access your Vendor Portal"
Note: If a payment is required on your account, please complete the payment before proceeding. If a payment is not needed at this time, skip the payment screen to see the final screen where you can find the portal link.
3. View Your Assignments and Status
Once inside the portal, scroll down to see the list of assignments associated with your business.
Each assignment will display its current status, such as compliant, non-compliant, or other relevant statuses. To view more details select on the "View Details" button in blue.
By following these steps, you can quickly check the compliance status of your assignments and ensure all necessary actions are taken to maintain compliance.
