Locate the Login Link: Look in the email request you received previously for the link that will lead you to your myCOI login page.

Log into Your myCOI Account: Enter your username and password to access your account.

Change and Confirm Your Contact Information: Update any necessary information, such as your phone number or email address, and click Next.

Change and Confirm Your Agent's Information: Update your agent's details as needed by clicking on the pencil next to your agent's name. Once complete, select Finalize Changes.

Completion: Once you’ve confirmed all changes, you can close the page or go back to your Insurance portal by selecting "Access your Vendor Portal".
