For compliance purposes, all documents must be sent directly to us or uploaded into our site for review. If documents are sent only to the client, they may not reach us and therefore won’t be uploaded into our system, which could result in lost documentation and affect compliance status.
To ensure your documents are processed and reviewed, please have your agent upload them directly through our portal or you can send them to certificates@mycoitracking.com.
