Uploading a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to a vendor ensures that all necessary insurance documents are properly stored and accessible. Follow these steps to complete the process efficiently:
Step 1: Log into Your Client Dashboard
- Open your web browser and navigate to the login page.
- Enter your credentials and log into your account.
Step 2: Access the Client Dashboard
- On the far left-hand menu, select Client Dashboard to navigate to the main interface.
Step 3: Locate the Vendor
- Scroll down to the Vendor Search field.
- Type the name of the vendor you need to upload the COI for and hit "return" on your keyboard.
Step 4: Open the Assignment's Information Page
- Click the blue "I" icon on the far right-hand side of the vendor listing to open the Assignment Information Page.
Step 5: Navigate to the Insurance Document Upload Section
- In the Assignment Information Page , click on "View/Upload Insurance Documents."
- On the top right-hand side, select "Upload Insurance Documents."
Step 6: Assign the COI to the Correct Agent (if applicable)
- If multiple agents are listed on the assignment, confirm which agent you want to upload the document for, depending on the coverages they are assigned to.
Step 7: Upload the COI
- Click "Add Files" to select the COI document(s) from your device.
- If the document needs to be uploaded to multiple divisions, select the applicable divisions from the list on the right-hand side.
Step 8: Finalize the Upload
- Click "Submit" to complete the upload process.
- Once the upload is complete, click "I’m Finished."
The COI has now been successfully uploaded to the vendor’s profile. If you need further assistance, please reach out to support for additional help.
