Permissions Requirement: To submit an override, a myCOI user must have the “submit overrides to requirements” permission level.

Non-Editable Submissions: Once an override has been submitted, it cannot be edited or deleted.
Steps to Submit an Override

Access Your Dashboard: Log in to your myCOI account and navigate to your dashboard.

Locate the Assignment: Go to the vendor search section and search for the specific assignment for which you want to submit an override.

Open Assignment Information:

In the "Action" column on the far right, click the blue icon to open the assignment information page.

Submit the Override Request:

On the assignment information page, click the Submit Override Request button located toward the top-right corner.

A free-form text box will appear. Enter the details of your override request in this box.

Once complete, click Submit Request.

Notification of Review: After submission, all myCOI users with the “override insurance requirements” permission will receive an email notification informing them that an override request has been submitted and requires their review.
