If you need to update or add Additional Insured (AI) or Waiver of Subrogation (WOS) names, follow these steps carefully.
Before you begin:
Please Make Sure:
✅ There are no stars next to Additional Insured (AI) or Waiver of Subrogation (WOS) fields.
✅ Any insurance set or vendor with a star next to their requirements must be updated manually.
Important Notes:
- In order to make changes to a division, you must have "Manage Division" Permissions as well as be listed as a chosen user on the division you wish to update.
- Updating names at the division level applies changes across the entire division.
- If you need to apply changes to each insurance set within a division, the insurance set requirements must be a shield.
- Insurance sets with a star will not update automatically and must be manually adjusted
Step 1: Ensure Proper Permissions
- You must have both the “manage divisions” AND “override insurance requirements” permission levels.
- You must also be assigned as a chosen user within the division to proceed.
Step 2: Access the Division

- Enter your credentials and log into your account.
- Select "Divisions" on the left hand side of the screen.
-
Open the division you want to update.
