How to Reset Your Password or Retrieve Your Username for myCOI- Customer/Client Instructions

If you are a customer or client of myCOI and need to reset your password or retrieve your username, follow these steps:

Reset Your Password:

1. Go to https://secure.mycoionline.com.

2. Click the blue link "Forgot your username or password". 

3. To reset your password, enter your username and check the "I'm not a robot" box.

4. Click "Reset My Password" to receive password reset instructions.

Retrieve Your Username:

1. If you cannot remember your username, go to https://secure.mycoionline.com.

2. Click the blue link "Forgot your username or password".

3. On the right side of the page, enter your email address.

4. Complete the reCAPTCHA verification.

5. Click "Send Me My Username" to receive an email with your username.

Important Notes:

• This login page is only for customers or clients of myCOI. It will not work for third parties or agents.

• You must be listed as a user in myCOI to log in. If you are unsure whether you have access, please reach out to your Client Success Manager or a representative at your company with the appropriate permissions.
