The Reports section gives you a real-time view into your compliance program through a set of pre-built reports. Use them to monitor vendor compliance, track policy expirations, identify gaps in registration, and pull data to share with your team. Whether you are doing a routine check or preparing for an audit, the reports in myCOI Central are your go to resource for understanding where your program stands.
The following pre-built reports are available to all customers. Each report can be customized using the column chooser feature within and can be exported to Excel or CSV.
Registration Reports
- Vendor Registration – Displays a list of vendors who have registered in the system.
- Division Report: Vendor Registration – Breaks down vendor registrations by division.
Expiration Reports
- Policy Expirations – Lists policies that are nearing expiration.
- Division Report: Policy Expirations – Provides policy expiration details organized by division.
Compliance Reports
- Compliance – Displays an overview of vendor compliance statuses.
- Division Report: Compliance – Breaks down compliance data by division.
- Compliance By Policy Line – Shows compliance statuses categorized by specific policy lines.
- Active Certificates for Registered Vendors – Lists vendors with active insurance certificates.
- Division Report: Active Certificates Registered Vendors – Displays active certificates at the division level.
Other Reports
- Vendors With No Assignments – Identifies all vendors who are not actively assigned to a division and insurance set.
- Division Report: Vendors with Missing Agents – Displays vendors who do not have an agent on file for one or more policy lines
- Overrides – Displays all requested overrides and their response. This report includes both overrides that have been responded to as well as overrides that still need a response.
- Active Communications By Type – Tracks communication activity related to insurance compliance.
- Document Hub – This report is for customers utilizing DocHub. Lists required non-insurance related documents and their status.
- Vendor Policy Verification Status – Shows the verification status of vendors' insurance policies.
- Divisions With No Assignments – Identifies divisions that currently have no assigned vendors.
- Returned Email Addresses – Lists email addresses, for both vendors and agents, that failed to deliver notifications.
By utilizing these reports, clients can efficiently manage vendor compliance, track policy expirations, and monitor important insurance-related communications.
