Concierge and Pro customers can now request a Re-Review directly from the Assignment Information Page. A Re-Review asks the myCOI compliance team to take another look at an assignment when requirements have changed, a vendor name has changed, or you have a question about a previous review.
Submitting a Re-Review
To submit a Re-Review, go to the Assignment Information Page for the assignment you need reviewed. Select Review Actions from the button menu and choose Request Re-Review.
The form will open with your profile and assignment details already populated. Select the reason for your re-review:
- Requirement Change
- Vendor Name Change
- Question a Previous Review
If you select Question a Previous Review, you will be required to add notes before submitting. For the other reasons, notes are optional but can be helpful for giving the myCOI compliance team context.
Once submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to you. When the myCOI compliance team has completed the re-review and updated compliance, you will receive a completion notification.
View & Manage Your Requests
You can view all Re-Review requests on your account by going to Review Actions on the Assignment Information page and selecting View Re-Review Requests. From there you can filter by status and date range and export to CSV.
Each request will show one of three statuses:
- Submitted -- the request has been received and is pending completion
- Completed -- the review has been finished and compliance has been updated
- Cancelled -- the request was cancelled before the review was completed
You can change the reason for a request or cancel it at any time as long as the review has not yet been completed.
Tracking Your Usage
Your Customer Dashboard includes a Billable Re-Reviews tile in the Performance Metrics section. This tile shows a count of billable re-reviews submitted for the current month.
Permissions
To submit a Re-Review request, a user must have the Request Re-Review permission. Anyone with Manage Users permissions can update this setting for their team.
