Concierge and Pro customers can now request a Rush Review directly from the Assignment Information Page. Rather than waiting on the standard two business day SLA, a Rush Review asks the myCOI compliance team to prioritize the assignment. You can submit a request, track its status, and manage your usage all from within myCOI Central.
Submitting a Rush Review
To submit a Rush Review, go to the Assignment Information Page for the assignment you would like to be reviewed. Select Review Actions from the button menu and choose Request Rush Review.
The form will open with your profile and assignment details already populated. If you have context you want to share with the myCOI compliance team, add it in the optional notes field. Notes are limited to 500 characters.
As you work through the form you will see how many Rush Review requests you have used against your contracted amount for the current month. If you are over your contracted limit, a warning will appear alongside the cost for the additional request, asking you to acknowledge and accept the fee.
Once submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to you. When the review is complete you will receive a completion notification as well.
Rush Review SLA
Turnaround times are based on when your request is submitted:
- Requests submitted Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM EST will be completed within approximately four business hours
- Requests submitted after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following morning
- Requests submitted on weekends or holidays will be addressed the next business day
View & Manage Your Requests
You can view all Rush Review requests on your account by going to Review Actions dropdown on the Assignment Information page and selecting View Rush Review Requests. From there you can filter by status and date range as well as export to CSV.
Each request will show one of three statuses:
- Submitted - the request has been received and is pending completion
- Completed - the review has been finished and compliance has been updated
- Cancelled - the request was cancelled before the review was completed
You can cancel a request at any time as long as the review has not yet been completed.
Tracking Your Usage
Your Customer Dashboard includes a Rush Review tile in the Performance Metrics section. This tile shows your current month usage against your contracted amount.
When you are within your included amount the tile displays as "Used Included Rush Requests" with a current month count (left image below). When you go over your contracted amount the tile turns orange and relabels to "Rush Requests Over Included Amount" showing how many requests are over your limit for the month (right image below.
Permissions
To submit a Rush Review, a user must have the Request Rush Review permission. Anyone with Manage Users permissions can update this setting for their team.
